We have equipment to perform complete video analysis of any activity. We often use this tool to closely examine fine details of a patient's mechanics while performing the tasks of their sport, work tasks, or activities of daily living. Video allows us to slow down the activities and study frame by frame the human biomechanics of the activities, and to identify weaknesses or biomechanical faults that may be missed during observation in real time. We often use the video analysis as an educational tool with our patients to help them better understand movement patterns and what we can do to help them achieve their goals.
