BIOGRAPHY
Rebecca Young, born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, with a focus on manual therapy. Rebecca's treatment philosophy involves a holistic approach, incorporating manual therapy techniques, patient education, and core and postural stabilization into all treatment programs. She is dedicated to providing quality, individualized care to all of her patients, and is passionate about helping them get back to what they love to do.

Prior to joining the team at ProFormance Rehab, Rebecca worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics in New York City and Seattle, where she has sharpened her manual therapy skills and emphasized her focus in functional exercise rehab programs. Currently, she is focusing on continuing education through the Maitland-Australian Approach, with the goal of becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist.
INTERESTS
Outside of the clinic, Rebecca enjoys exploring the world around her. She loves cooking, traveling, music, hiking, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
