BIOGRAPHY
Margo has been practicing physical therapy in the outpatient orthopedic setting for over 20 years and has specialized in biomechanics, gait analysis and custom orthotic fabrication since 2002. She has a passion for movement and postural analysis with a focus on injury prevention. She utilizes a variety of manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and movement retraining to address pain and dysfunction. She has a very detailed approach to treatment whether it’s fine-tuning an orthotic or retraining a runner’s form. As a three sport athlete in high school Margo was introduced to physical therapy from the patient's perspective early on in life. The power to be in charge of your own health and recovery has inspired her since. Margo received her bachelor’s degree in PT from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, where she ran cross country and track. Originally from Portland, she returned to the northwest and obtained her doctorate in PT at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.
INTERESTS
Margo continues to pursue her passion for competitive long distance running. She also loves to backpack, camp, travel, and ski with her husband and two daughters. When she's not working or exercising you can find her happily cooking in the kitchen, volunteering at school, or cheering on her daughters' sports teams.
