Anne-Marie has a strong hands-on approach to treatment. She combines Muscle Activation Techniques and progressive exercises with her broad manual therapy background to identify and address the body's muscular imbalances, weaknesses, and movement dysfunctions that lead to pain and disability. INTERESTS
Anne-Marie's passion has been working with women with disabilities in Sierra Leone, Africa, through Women of Hope International. This has been temporarily put on hold as she has been blessed with taking care of her family’s 4 generations. In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, kiteboarding, hiking, taking her 90-year-old dad to the gym, and backcountry skiing with her husband and best friend, Mark, and her faithful Golden Retriever, Kai.
